How Tesamorelin works
Tesamorelin is a stabilised growth-hormone-releasing hormone analogue that stimulates the pituitary to release GH in its natural pulsatile rhythm. The downstream IGF-1 rise preferentially mobilises visceral adipose tissue while preserving physiological feedback control.
