How Ipamorelin works
Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin receptor (GHS-R) agonist that triggers GH release without meaningfully raising cortisol, prolactin or ACTH. That selectivity is the whole point — GH pulses arrive with far less hormonal noise than earlier secretagogues.
