How CJC-1295 w/o DAC + Ipamorelin works
CJC-1295 without DAC (also called Mod GRF 1-29) is a growth-hormone-releasing hormone analogue that primes the pituitary to release GH. Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist that triggers the same GH release without raising cortisol or prolactin. Used together, the pair creates a larger, cleaner GH pulse: CJC-1295 raises the amplitude, Ipamorelin raises the frequency, and the combined signal preferentially supports lean tissue, connective repair and sleep quality.
Reported benefits
- Amplified, clean GH pulses for lean mass
- Improved recovery and sleep architecture
- Supports connective tissue and joint repair
- Minimal cortisol/prolactin disruption
Reported side effects

- Increased hunger
- Water retention, mild joint aching and tingling hands
- Head-rush or flushing after injection
- Raised fasting glucose or IGF-1 with prolonged use
Serious or rare signals
- Growth-hormone axis stimulation is inappropriate with active malignancy
